RE: Slow d/l speed. Cisco DPC3010. Only one DS channel.

Update, if anyone is paying attention. Some time after 5pm I saw another Cox truck parked out on the street. No idea if it was an actual Cox tech or contractor nor what was being done or maybe had been done. Tried to head out but got held up and by the time I got out the truck was gone. Guessing/hoping something was done because for the first time since I started this thread I have >36 SNR (37.5-38) and it's after 9pm and DL speeds are right at 20mbs. Would be nice to know if something was done. I'm hopeful that this will hold up. I only have one DS channel but I'm not messing with it right now. I'll wait until some time tomorrow to reset the modem. Also want to check with my neighbor to see if his issue is better/fixed.
