I am constantly being disconnect from the internet all day long. I work out of my house and require internet service and this happens at all hours of the day. I have had this problem for a while and cox says it's my modem. The service technician said it was the modem dropping the service. Well I have a new modem and guess what???? It's is still dropping. I know this is an internal problem with cox from reading all the same problems with other customers. I would love to hear a solution to my problem because so far I haven't heard any. I don't want to switch to AT&T, but this is looking like a bad situation Cox is providing to it's customers.
