I, like many others in this forum, am experiencing recurring internet connectivity issues. My latest post with problem details was on 8/21 and I appreciate EdH for responding on 8/22. However, no feedback since then. It's seems that there are more Cox employee replies and troubleshooting attempts related to posts involving minor email bugs and data usage monitoring. I understand that connectivity problems have many more layers and potential solutions, but shouldn't the majority of Cox forum feedback be spent on keeping people online? Or at least attempting to resolve the issues?
I suppose I can request a weekly recurring appointment for a tech visit to the house. He (or she) can tell me the "levels" are fine and then unplug and plug an array of coax and cables only to leave me with the same issue as before he (or she) arrived. Not sure how to proceed? Has every other connection problem in this forum been properly diagnosed and fixed, just not marked as "answered"? If I am the only one with a problem (INTERNET problem for purposes of this conversation), this I will digress. Just curious.
