I worked with Tech Support on Friday evening and they could not connect to my modem for several minutes. Finally did get a connection and saw over 200 timeouts. Speed test showed 2.87 mbps down and 0.23 mbps up. Signal levels did not look good to Tech Support. Scheduled a Tech to premise on Monday, 8/26, between 8-10AM. Trouble had cleared by 17:30 on Sunday. Speed test showed 61.14 mbps down and 7.16 mbps up. Tech arrived on schedule and everything was working perfectly. I agree that you cannot fix what you cannot see. Still working great right now. Hope it was not rain related. Hasn't rained here in 2 days. Fingers crossed, but thanks for the responses.
