You found their 'everyone needs to absolve me from any responsibility for not following through on what you were promised' clause, but have you ever heard the term 'bad faith' as it is pretty clear that is what is happening here. They are promising service that they cannot currently deliver and are doing nothing to rectify the situation. All attempts are to blame the poor service on the user's equipment.
