I use the setting to automatically clear everything upon shutdown. Nothing has changed in my settings, and I have used Norton for years. This morning I simply clicked my city on the map and as soon as I did, enhanced mail loaded. I have shut down and restarted later today and so far, haven't had any problems. I really don't think it is my system, though.
