There was indeed a large outage in Pensacola yesterday. A parked truck caught fire under a utility pole and burned one of our major fiber lines. However, all the nodes of our network that were affected are back online.
Your node (neighborhood) is active and your street is active, but your particular modem is offline, so the issue would appear to be coincidental. Since it appears you got through to schedule a service call already, I think that will take care of it.
