Hi Everyone,
I wanted to let you know that our network engineers are still actively investigating the issue with YouTube, but we also need your help! We'd like folks to provide us with the following data:
1. Operating system
2. Browser Version
3. IP Address of the YouTube resource you're viewing: (for windows, try netstat -a | findstrgooglevideo.com while a video is playing)
4. The URL your browser shows for the video
5. A trace route to #3
6. Date and time of issue (with time zone)
7. Desired streaming resolution
8. Description of your experience and any additional comments you have.
Since there is already an open thread for this topic, this thread has been locked. Please use the following link for further discussion on YouTube issues:http://forums.cox.com/forum_home/internet_forum/f/5/t/2590.aspx?pi287=1

so, Cox's solution is to keep shutting down and locking forum threads that they don't approve of? I bet I could search here and find quite a few duplicate threads/topics that haven't been LOCKED.
