Hi I am a long time customer (over a decade) and have been playing online games for the same amount of time. My connection will drop then come back on after a few minutes mostly during prime time evenings and weekends and when you are in a group and keep getting disconnected people tend to dislike you, I have been reported for being "afk" many times. I admit I have not much of a life, the internet and online gaming are all I look forward to most of the time. I have purchased the best modem and nic card i can find, I have a nice gaming computer. I have contacted support about this in the past they say unplug and wait.... this is not the problem. They send people out, they look at my stuff and nope no problem here. The sad thing is I would pay 200 bucks a month if I could get reliable internet service, from anyone... If there was another choice of service I would have changed a long time ago. This is mostly a rant because I know the lines are just being over used in my area (central Phoenix) and because of the randomness of it only during peak times. I have a youtube channel, I used to post videos of games I played hoping that some time in the future maybe I could make a few bucks. Too bad I can only have relativly consistant connections if I don't go to work during the weekdays. I pay for the highest service possable but I am only able to play half of what I pay for. Going back to see if I can squeeze maybe a few straight minutes of gameplay..
