I believe that is what is being reported to you, but my gut thinks something else is going on. Some of it is user error, no doubt, but the amount of people still having issues after multiple resets, and people who can access via web but not client, tells me there is another layer. Just my opinion though. Guess thats all I can do here, is give my opinion. I will let you monitor this forum and I will take a step back. Good luck.
