I've noticed for the last few days, since I've been checking it, that we've only been getting 32Mb downstream or less on every test, no matter where it's from. I should have checked earlier, but I assumed that whichever tech installed it 3 months or so ago had made sure that we were getting the correct speeds. What can I do to make sure that I'm getting the correct tier of service that I'm paying for?
