Hi nous2525,

We can look into this for you, we don't want you to deal with slow speeds.  I did have a few questions, do you have any splitters connected coming from the wall outlet?  Sounds like you did the normal troubleshooting steps to narrow things down.  Please email us at cox.help@cox.com, in your email include the name and address on the account.  We'll figure this out.
