I just upgraded my 25mbps internet to the 50mbps internet (also contemplating calling back to go for the 150mbps if i can get this fixed)
Anyways the problem is on the 25mbps internet i was getting 20mbps and sometimes boost up to 27/28mbps. Since i upgrade i never see anything over 32mbps. Even at 5am in the morning. My computer is clean. All firewalls disabled. Tested many times to many servers and tested with computer directly connect to the modem. I called tech support and he tried to reconfig my account but that did not work. I under i cant expect the full 50mbps but i was expect to break at least 40mbps and get very close to 50mbps when boosting.
If we can solve my current problem i think i might also call Cox back and look into going with the 150mbps connection.
