RE: DCC-ACK not received, no response to Unicast Maintenance Ranging - Rebooting Modem.

I see, unfortunately i cannot afford to buy a new modem. However, i do not think that it is the modem because this is a new issue and the modem has been working fine before hand.

This issue also does not seem to be speed related, as i consistently lose connection every 300-500 MB downloaded regardless of how fast the download is going.

Hopefully this information will help in diagnosing the problem.
