Oh, I'm not Cox. Im just a customer. I just like helping people. I didn't mean to insinuate fault on your side, I was just trying to read between the lines and ponder where the confusion might be, because I don't see any Ubee modems on Cox's site. Heck, I don't even see that model on Ubee's site. The closest model I can find is the DDW3610, and that all I can find is a picture and some VERY basic specs. The only place I can find a manual for the the DDW3612 is on Charter's website.
Ubee I think mostly makes products for ISP's, and Charter mostly rent those modems to customers, so you may have bought a second hand modem from someone who didn't even own it to begin with. Be careful buying electronics on Ebay. Might want to check out a retailer you can trust like Newegg or to a lesser extent, Amazon or Tigerdirect. The modem you have now is probably not going to work, and not work any time soon. Sorry :-(
