Cannot access Home Network Manager

I tried to change the developer tools as suggested in one post but it still doesn't work. I am using IE10. I get the same error with Firefox. Also when I run the Home Network Security check it says I'm not connected to a wireless network. Really? C'mon Cox.

Can't you at least make these tools work with IE10 or Firefox? And how am I not connected to any wireless network when obviously I am.
