So I am stuck with a modem that spits out numbers of data usage that are wrong. I get a letter for overage and of data usage on days when I am not even in the house, the computer is not even on but somehow the modem is and I am being told I am using 10 gigs a day on average? Really?
How is this even remotely possible? This is an obvious ridiculous money grab, because there is no other way to describe it.
Tried calling support and they have no clue other than to try and get me to buy another data plan. It seems you guys are following the comcast model of screwing the customer first in the sake of the almighty dollar.
Your data usage meter is a joke. I am asked to pay my bill on time which I do not have a problem with but in return you people need to get your act together. This is ridiculous.
