Looking at the data you provided a few things stand out to which I feel you would benefit from having a technician come out. The downstream power level at -9 is within specifications for 2.0 modem on our network however I would say is undesirable as closer to 0 would be better. The transmit power level at 54 is unacceptably high for our network, our maxmium threshold is 52 and it's possible the modem could be ranging above that trying to maintain sync. Also of concern is the SB5120 itself as how those modems are quite old at this point and end of life. A technician coming out would easily be able to diagnose any signal related concerns as well as try testing with a known working modem to see if there is any improvement.
