I have a same problem.  I've talked to customer service 3 times, but they have no idea what I'm talking about.  On top of that, last person I talked to tried to convince me that 15 Mbps down was Premier speed...  Anyway, I just switched from Preferred to Premier and also got SB6141.  I get 25 Mbps down and 30 up.  Can you help me out?

I did find that you did not have the correct service code on your account. I have switched the code. Please try to run a speed test and let us know if you need additional assistance.
