Well good news.
The tech who came out was a no nonsense inhouse tech who tested the tap outside and found its only getting 65. So he's escalated that to maintenance and fixed some stuff to get my in house speed the same as the tap. So now for sure (tested 10 times) getting 65 inside.
So he put in the notes I've only been getting 30-60 and that there's a maintenance ticket so i could call in and get a back credit. Though I don't see that happening as that's about $360 lol and any sup would shoot their csr for telling them they need a $360 credit authorization, i know because ived asked mine to before lol.
Money was never the Issue anyway, I just want my 90-150 mbps :3.
So this was tech #9... lets see what tech #10 from maintenance says.
