RE: Modem Swap and Opinion questions

We wound up having to schedule a service call through the phones after we determined there is absolutely no way the problem is anywhere in our house. The Modem was changed by choice, as it supported a much higher throughput. After fighting with it, and replacing the cable between the modem and the outside box with commercial grade cable, the service call we wound up scheduling HAS to be something outside of our control
