I was wondering how Cox feels about the offering of remote support (Teamviewer, Logmein, etc) to customers from other customers? I understand this isn't anything Cox can do, but is it against any forum policy for other customers to use it? It's something I offer regularly on the other forums I post on, but want to see how you guys feel about it first.
