Morning!
A while back I upgraded from Preferred to Premiere service, had issues with only maxing out at 20-ish mbps download/upload speeds, posted to this forum and had it fixed.
I've started having the problem again recently, especially when signing on via my work laptop. It makes downloading anything near impossible (including just loading the speed check page - I tried twice last Friday and couldn't get the page to finish loading at all at first, then suddenly it finished and said I had 60 mbps speeds).
I just completed a test and, true enough, back to the 20-ish mbps (though I do suddenly get spurts of better service). What else can be done? I don't know if it's just poor service or the modem but it's getting pretty frustrating.
