hi. so i have a lot of uncorrectable codewords on the sb6121 that i have. in the 60 - 70 thousand range per channel. i assume thats a lot. also, my current plan is the preferred, which is upward to 25mbps, i only get about 7mbps from www.testmy.net speedtest. obviously this is not acceptable. i would like to know how to minimize the amount of uncorrectable codewords and any other tips i can get. thank you very much.
