I have been too busy to deal with this so I am delayed in following up. I will email tonight. I called phone support after the original post and was told the new ETA is Feb. 13. Really? Six weeks to get an installation completed? For a customer willing to pop for Ultimate tier to boot? Unacceptable.
Got the automated call today saying my cable would be buried tomorrow. Ironic considering the service still does not work nearly a month in.
