Ok, either were both missing something obvious, or you have something very weird and bad happening.
Could you make another thread and copy and paste your info? At first I thought it was just bad geo-location data, so I did a ARIN on that IP, and it matches.
Are you using Tor or some other privacy proxy? Im almost worried its somekind of malware or something...but I don't even know how malware could change your IP. Is there anyway you can confirm that is actually your IP?
