Hello, we upgraded to the Premier plan yesterday, but haven't seen an increase in download speeds (seeing 25-30Mb/s) yet. The modem was provisioned (I'm told), and rebooted several times (Motorola SB6181, DOCSIS 3.0). Router is a Linksys EA3500. Could we be seeing the incorrect account code issue that I've seen referenced in a number of places? Thanks!
