My internet shows I have all 5 bars, yet cannot upload anything. Pictures, pdf files (only 1MG). I even ran a speed test through this site and it failed the upload test. Wasn't even able to read it. And it is not my computer, because it is happening on my daughters as well and hers is brand new.
My customers have been waiting on me to send them their PDF Download orders and I can't. I am losing money. And not only that, I contract through other companies and I am losing client chat calls because it seems the line keeps "hiccuping". Which means I am losing more money. I have a quote to meet within the next few days and cannot meet it.
I have contacted a few times and they keep resetting the signal from the cable company, yet not 5 minutes later it is doing it all over again. I have lost hundreds of dollars and I need to know what is going on with this. I hate to say this but Cox internet has been the worst service, and although I have contemplated leaving the internet part and going with a different company, I have been trying to be loyal to this company. I pay almost $300/mo for Internet and Cable alone here. Please tell me what else I can try outside of "unplugging that and my router (which was tested fine) a million times trying to reset it" and contacting all the time and trying to reset it". I also have reset my IP and all that stuff.
