The main reason is because I don't think Cox designed the page themselves. Ever since changing from Cox.net to ww2.cox.com, I think the web design has been outsourced to...someone. When the page was first made, it wouldn't even load at all on some browsers. I think the recent redesign is in the right direction, but I think a big part of it is Cox just doesn't have the control over their site they want because the only people that know how to fix/change things require a ticket to some other company.
What got me pissed off about the original post (OP) was it was clearly a rant. They even said not to help them...so I didn't.
