Hi,
I had premier internet installed a couple weeks ago and since day 1 speed tests consistently show 32Mbps download and 3-4Mbps upload. I called support and had a tech come out, he said the signal was fine and blamed my modem. I bought a new Motorola SB6141 and installed it yesterday and I'm still getting exactly the same speed.
Does anybody have any idea how I can get the speeds I'm paying for? If I can't get this fixed it seems like the best thing for me to do is downgrade my speed.
This is the signal page from the modem:
