Had noticed that for some reason McAfee had somehow turned off 'Real Time Scanning' and then I couldn't get it to turn back on after several tries, so uninstalled, then reinstalled McAfee, which took care of the 'Real Time Scanning' issue....and everything seemed to work....for one evening. I shut the PC down in the AM and when I turned the PC back on when I got home from work.....now I cannot connect to IE! Really irritated with McAfee AND Cox! (And BTW, I agree, Cox is pretty much clueless when it comes to helping with issues. Went thru 2 people there, w/ no such luck, and they just want to bat you over to McAfee, then McAfee bats you right back to Cox support. NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW.)
