Is there anyway to find out what ports are open so I can set up an ip camera for outer access? I have one set up now that's working fine but, I bought a new one and while I can run it on the local network....it's not picking up the port I'm using for the outer access, which is the same for the inner access. How can I find out what ports are open so I can change it to view remotely? I've run a program called, Open Port Check Tool and I've gone through numerous port numbers and all are closed except for the one that I have the first camera on. Is Cox blocking these other ports?
