They say thats the only router they have so they wont replace it.
Also tech showed me on his test page *link omitted just incase thats only an inhouse test site* that im getting 60Mbps (he did a burst test).
Well he happened to leave that same test on my screen so I ran the extended (1 minute) and Im getting the following:
