He said it was showing power in the line, so he tested the voltage asked a few questions, determined it was the modem and swapped it out. He also called is ISS to have it set as a leased modem again like it was supposed to be so I dont have to deal with tech support again.
Speaking of tech support, man they dont even give you the time of day if they think its YOUR modem! Ultimate internet + protection plan... their response to my problem? Lets get you to sales, ON SALES DAY OFF LOL! I dont normally bash phone CSR's cause you know, I am one, but God they were useless this time, the two CSR's I talked to didnt even LOOK at the account.
