RE: cox online backup deleted and re install name and password issues

Hi downtherabbithole101, 

I have never had problems logging into mine. The Cox online back up is directly tied to customers' primary email account. You would want to make sure that you are logging into the primary account. If that doesn't work, you may also want to try clearing the cache and cookies.
