oOreikaOoHey im working with a tech for the same exact issue.
Essentially I will notice my internet cut out, look at the modem, modem will be flashing and be back up in about 20-30 seconds. Does this multiple times. Already replaced the modem by a tech.If this sounds the same lets collaborate info cause I already have their maintenance team and a tech on speed dial
*edit* Hahaha, happened just as I hit post too, funny.
Keep checking back because supposedly there is someone looking into this issue... but I haven't had any COX representatives reply to this thread in days now.
In the meantime post some of your own information, like modem logs and signal levels.
