I have had a technician out here almost 12 times and one just left about an hour ago. Still I am not getting the speeds I should be getting. The tech had no idea why either. When he resets the signal I get the speeds for maybe 5 min then they drop back down to around 12Mbps down and 19Mbps up. Yes uploads are faster then downloads!!! And whats even stranger and the tech could not figure out why either, if i am hard wired directly to the eMTA I am slower then when using my router!!!!! That is so weird cuz it should be the total opposite! This has been going on since Jan and I am getting so irritated. I am paying for something I cannot even get. And the billing supervisor's solution today on the phone was totally unacceptable to me. She told me to downgrade to a tier to match the speeds i was getting. Unbelievable. My neighbors get the correct speeds. its not my computer as I have tested 5 different ones. Im almost to the point of cancelling because this is ridiculous! Can anyone give me any suggestions?
