There are a couple of settings you may want to check. These settings are commonly changed when an account has been compromissed.

First we recommend running malware scans, then changing the passwords and pin number on your account.

Next, in classic Webmail click on settings, then preferences. There are a couple things in here to check. You want to make sure that the "from name" and "reply-to" has not been change. (these fields can be left blank) If the graphical editor is checked, please uncheck the box. ( By default, compose messages using the graphical editor.) Then save the settings by hitting OK.

Click on signature, to make sure a new signature was not added. Do the same under vacation messages.

Lastly, check the forwarding setting to make sure there is not an un-know email address in this field.

After making any changes necessary, try to send a new email to yourself. Make sure you include a subject and something in the body of the message.

Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.
