When testing your speeds, are you making a basic connection (splitters and routers bypassed)? This would help determine where the issue is and give us accurate speeds. You can test your speeds at our website http://bit.ly/CoxInternetSpeedTest . This will record your results to your account. I do show your last test was low, but your signal strength is great and there is no packet loss or apparent reason for your speeds to be slow. Let us know how the tests go.
