rosssI had problems with my connection dropping every 30 mins or so which seems to have impproved a bit, now it has come down to speeds here is also a screenshot of what I was getting before. Please COX give us a real answer not the go plu your pc to the modem, pull the power chord etc etc ..
Are you testing wirelessly via a mobile devide? In many cases such devices won't realize the full speeds available. What happens if you test a wired connection via a PC? When I looked at your connection your most recent speedtest shows you were getting the adversited rates.
