Hi, I recently upgrades from preferred to premier. A tech(contractor) came out and installed my new docsis 3.o modem(cisco dpq3212) but my speeds are still 30 down. I called support but they were unable to resolve the problem. I suspect it it a provisioning issue, Here are the results from the modem page.

Anyone have any ideas? I have already disconnected the router and connected directly from my pc to my modem. Reset modem multiple times. I typically get about 32M down and 15M up. Its not the end of the world as I am getting decent speeds I would just like to get the advertised speeds.
