Hi PhxAzCC,

Intermittent issues are the hardest ones to troubleshoot because of the way they happen.  Sounds like you have had some techs out to your home to figure out why you keep losing service. I can take a look at the account to check on the status of your issue.  There should be a ticket in place if it was escalated to maintenance. Can you e-mail us at coxhelp@cox.com?  Please include a brief description of the issue, along with the name and address on the account.

Thank you I sent the information you requested. Not sure if it went through though. There was a problem error with me signing up on windows live mail. I was able to sign in though and I sent the e-mail three times. It doesn't show in the sent box that it was sent though?
