I've having the same problem. I was setup this week and signed up for the premier package (up to 50mbs)
But I have consistently been at 25-26mbs all week. My old service I had no issue going up to 40 and other then getting the new modem/router you guys provided I have not changed any of my hardware/software setup.
I have the netgear Cg3000d and its internal options are so simple, I can't find any setting that might be limiting me.
Could you take a quick look at my account to ensure nothing is off?
