If you don't hear from them (Moderators) soon, you might want to call up Sales ask them to correct your account. I think it's a issue where they want to help, but they need to know the code to put on your account to fix the problem but not to raise your bill, and Sales might not be answering their email. If you call up sales you can put a bug in their ear.
