If you had valued me as a longtime customer, you would have actually found and fixed the issue in this area, and more importantly, my issue. Thanks for the repeated responses with no positive action.
Your companies non-actions has forced me to switch to another provider. I believe others will follow.
There's only so many "were working on it" and "can't find anything but here's another replacement part" or the best yet, "this is new to me so can you update me on your problems"- really?!?-how about doing research and actually looking at the years long log of documented, recorded issues and parts replaced!
Na, lets just tell the customer there's nothing wrong and play dumb. Again, great business model cox.
