I would like to report that I'm still experiencing loss of connection. When I spoke to the cox tech last Sunday 7/7 he said if I still had the issue to contact him on Tuesday 7/9. The problem of me losing connection appeared to have stopped so I did not call him although I got disconnected today 7/14 at 14:28, during a online session that required a always online connection.
Through out this past week the connection has been more sluggish too.
Today I called the cox tech that came out on Sunday 7/7 and left a message. I called him to avoid going in circles which has been instructed by the cox tech himself to contact him instead. As of now I'm waiting for a return call?
