The cox tech called me this morning. After playing phone tag I called him back and he answered. I told him that I still had the issue. He then placed a work order in to have a hard line drop done. A cable going from the box to my Apartment along with the cord in the wall and another outlet.
I'm waiting to see if everything goes through with my landlord approving it. I don't see why not since the cox tech said it would be done to their expense and the customer doesn't pay for that.
He told me to call him by Wednesday if I don't hear from anyone or he will call me. That is keeping the customer up to date with the situation at hand +
