Im sorry, I can't read your post. It is one sentence. Is the issue a matter of upload to their backup server? If so, could you provide a tracert? Or do you suspect throttling? Im confused.

why offer 10tb of storage then limit up and download speeds to under 600kbs on a connection of 150mbs its gonna take so long to do any kind of backup it is not worth it it took over a month to upload...
